My Room

Taken from my home
Choice I didn't want to go
Trying to struggle
I couldn't move
Two men straped me on a gurney
A nurse took my pulse
Oxigen was put over my face Now I know I am not crazy
Trying to struggle to no advail
My body was straped
How could I fight back ? I vaguely remember the hospital,
I could hear the din of murmer
Above a very bright light
They were unstraping me
Entering in was a doctor
He didn't even wash his hands
Putting on a gown and being handed a scaple
They then put me on a table Damn !
The table was metel and cold
Restraped I still couldn't move
Panicly I saw the scaple coming down
Slowly slowly I paled
I couldn't feel anything
Must be sedated I presumed
I just didn't remember
So much has been happening
The doctor sliced open my chest
I could still hear the din of murmer
Strangely I felt alright;
Just not my best
Quick as it started they were done
The doctor was removing his gloves
Two men put me on a gurney
They were taking me to my room
Wait their putting me in an ambulance
I thought
They must be taking me to another hospital
I felt better with my own insurence
The ambulance drove with no siren or lights flashing
Yes; their just transporting me
It was dark and a slight rain fell
I could see distant flashes of lightning
The ambulance quietly stopped
The house seemd awfully big
Must be a rehab place I assumed
The night was dark
A man dressed in black open the door
Hi Stan hi Benn
Bring him in here
They wheeled me down a dim lit hall
The room was dark and chilled
where is all the help I pondered
They must have a small crew on nights
I felt cold
Again they lifted me on a table
It was dark and I couldn't see a thing
Thank you boys
I'll see you in a day or so
Probably
I could't understand
Why couldn't I move
Nor feel
Druged I reasoned
The night was long and errie
Morning it must be morning
I could hear people upstairs
Barely
A light was switched on
Two men approached me
I could hear them clearly
Well let's get him ready to embalm
My god my god I cried
It can't be
Look I can see
No ! No I haven't died
They cut me
They enjected me
Shaved me
Why can't you see
Quick as they started they were done
I looked around
They were moving me
I finally got my room
A couple soafas three four chairs
Scenery picures on the walls
Stuff I would never own
Everything with matching pairs
Wait
I see my family coming in
Their all weeping
Whats my fate
I'll take you there a blacked dressed man said
My wife my daughters my son
They all weeped harder
My god I"M dead !
It can't be
I can see
It's me
Don't weep
A short while and they walked away
Their tears subside
No ! No ! I didn't die
Stay
Then only then
I realized I hovered above
Judgement comes
Lord, Lord forgive my sin
