Last night I had a dream
Somebody came to me
Held out their hands
Offered their heart to me
Last night I had a dream
Somebody wanted me with them
Held out their hands
Offered their soul to me
But as I awoke, to silence
To the empty space
In my head, my bed
My heart
I came to realise
Dreams never come true

Oh I love this~! Dreams are so uniquely hard to ascribe; but with this, they rhyming gives the feel- "of awakening from a dream."
