As she sits down in her room
The tears roll down here face
Thinking of the past,
Memories she can't erase
Her life is so tough
And no one takes time to understand
All she wants is a friend
Someone to take her by the hand
She wants someone to listen
To her problems and her pain
Someone to tell her there's nothing wrong
That she shouldn't feel ashamed
She wants someone
Someone not afraid
Of the things she does to herself,
When there's no one else to blame
All she wants is a friend
To help her every need
Someone to convince her
It's not right to make herself bleed
