Doctors lie

Today I die
In his eyes I know it
He wants my trust
I won't give it
Because today I die

The room is dark
And smells of rot
He wants me to sleep
I won't do it
Because the room is dark

My heart is gone
Beneath the metal straps
He says it won't hurt
I won't believe him
Because my heart is gone

Today I died
In his eyes I knew it
He wanted my trust
I wouldn't give it
Because I died today
