Revenge is the sweetest joy next to gettin' a pussycat

Contributed by Mangos on Tuesday, 17th January 2006 @ 06:47:22 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Call me complicit
Ill take half the blame
Label these drugs illicit,
Hand the man your ticket-
We smoked em just the same
Declare that night invalid
As if it ceased to remain
Memories shot inconsistent
Weavings of a glimpse
Pasted in your marshmallow brain
Rainbow flavored umbrella
The margarita turns to black-rain
Ice cubes of romantic frozen kisses
Lips lock to sticklers out for revenge again

Entitlement
An owed covenant
We deserve nothing more then we get
Remember only what is still left to forget
Decide if fate is connected-
And if so hastily repent
After the rhino facelift
A nose no longer extends
He knows not what he represents
Or to which ally he is sworn to defend
If he swords off the machines
He is left to deal with the men
He swears when she leaves
She will need him back for revenge again
