Come back home
I can’t believe you didn’t know
That I would love to see you
Don’t be lonely any more

Come inside
I will light a fire
We can talk for hours
Or just sit and watch the flames

You can stay the night
It will be just like it used too
When we were both so strong and sure
You don’t have to ask
If I would like to see you
Because I would love to see you
So much more

If you’d like
You can take a shower
I will fix some dinner
It will make you warm inside

It’s getting dark
And it’s just raining harder
If the temperature keeps dropping
It will surely turn to snow

You can stay the night
It will be just like it used too
When we were both so strong and sure
You don’t have to ask
If I would like to see you
Because I would love to see you
So much more
