Sorrow

Topic: Lifepoems

Somewhere in this world,
You may never have been nor wanted to be;
Somebody in this world,
You may never have known nor wanted to know.

Something happened that you wish you never heard of,
You will try your best to forget what you have heard.
Somewhat you will feel the pain of what you heard,
You sympathize with what happened.

Someday we will find out the facts from this fake world,
And awake from the dream to face the truth.
Sometimes we may wonder why we survive in this world,
Wonder when the angel will come with her judgment, or the devil with his destruction.

When diseases bring you anguish and hopelessness ,
War has made you feel incapable and dejected .When you feel like living has lost its meaning, but have no courage to terminate your life.
Then you should think of those innocent children in famine,
They never think of giving up their lives for hunger, what they hope for is just a piece of bread.
You should think of those brave soldiers in battle,
Who would contribute their lives in the war for our safety, what they hope for is simply peace.

No matter how wealthy you are, you can not purchase happiness.
Instead, a poor child will be satisfied with his broken toy.
No matter how smart you are, you can not change your destiny.
Perhaps a naive child will be happy with his ordinary life.
The past could not be changed, nor the future foreseen.
Nothing last forever; cherish what you have before it is gone from your life.

It is so dark that I can not see.
Can not see anything but myself falling to the place below.
It is too far, I cannot hear.
Can not hear anything but my name calling from heaven.
I am scared, afraid to fall into this cruel world losing myself.
I am strong, facing challenges everyday without dejected.
I am lost, wondering why we have to exist here with so much pain.

The world is full of depressed people full of hopelessness , Human without concern, world without love.
I am tired, too tired to open my eyes,
Too tired to hope for peace, too tired to wonder why,
Please allow me to close my eyes and go to sleep,
Until the day we all regret our mistakes, praying for forgiveness,
Until the day the angel finally comes with her judgment, the devil starting his destruction,
Until then, I will be awake from the dream to face the truth.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
