When shallow waters drag me in
And the birds start calling my name
When the sky leans closer to me
That’s when I’ll see you again
When what began has ended
And is now far behind,
No sense of relativity
No unkind time,
That’s when i'll see you again
What seemed like a wait
Holding on for the end,
Starting and persevering,
Now this race must end,
This is when I’ll see you again
When the heavens part,
For a while or too,
My breathe is still,
I can’t take my eyes off you
Like a songbird alone
You have been waiting,
As it’s my arrival you’ve been anticipating
To join a locket and combine our paths
To get back your queen of hearts
This is where I see you again
Our life’s where a journey
That’s set us apart,
But you’re the magnet to my heart,
Living life fulfilling,
Loving well and naturally,
But in our souls we can’t pretend,
We were living for the end,
So fly with me eternally, need and bind me
And if we choose to live again
For fill our goals and follow our bends,
I'll live my life and makes amends
Because I know you’ll be there when it ends
I’m at heaven's gate
and i see you again

yes, our time on earth is very short.. The important thing is to keep doing the Lord's work, run that race.. and do those things that your body does not want to do, train it, and praise God if you are fit to be let into his beautiful gate of heaven. Lovely poem. Raquel Leah
