---shudder
swallowed by layers of abyss
---Remember
Cold.
Dark. Your eyes quiver.
---recompensing stifled sighs of---
shadowed in my lips trembling; a tremello in the
moist gloom the grave
is silent and hungry, the
grave. . . steal away with me to
death unyeilding death
The Calling
cries the lounder
crescendo into nothing.

An obscure piece of free verse.
I truly adore it.
It feels as though it is set in frames like a comic book...each carefully painted visual, individual to the next.
Abrupt and jagged form...giving shape to its content.
It is multi-interpretational...made easier with the breaks in the lines...leaving more for the imagination.
I enjoyed the personification " the grave is hungry". What an odd angle of thought. Very creative....
The ending seems very atheist.
I can correlate.
Great write. |
