Flickering Feelings

Love is like torture it tears at your heart,
it rips at your soul though, you never want to part,
you know that you love him, but realise its wrong,
your mind is tormented, feelings played by a song,
you realise you hurt him, but still need someone to blame,
my `God you still love him but it'll never be the same.
Your heart can be mended, but your soul won't survive,
without his touching, you will never come alive.
I'd never forgive myself for not trying,
or forget all the heartache and crying,
I'll love you forever and don't want you to go,
I just thought i'd tell you incase you want to know.
Boy I've never felt this way
if you still love me you'll make my day.
