why do I still ask?

Topic: InspirationalPoems

why do i go always first?
why do i get home always last?

why do i have to say hi first?
why do i get to say bye last?

it's not the first or last that matters
i always do this, i always ask
why no time or too much time
why so slow or so damn fast
should i write or talk
should i walk you past

oh! i remember,
i walked past you again
you were lost in the rain
at night
in the dark
under a street light

did you wait?
did you cry?
did you like me
ask why and why?

did you stop?
did you give up?
did you think that
your time was up?

did you not once
lose in your life?
did you not once
hate just to love?

yes love, i love
that's why i walk
under the rain, under the sun
wet or dry

i won't stop
i won't rewind
i won't wait for you
i'm not kind

this is your chance
your chance to fight
don't lose to death
stand upright
and run, run fast
fast as you can
i'm not far yet
long way to pass

i can make it
hope you will too
i always did
till when and how
i have no clue

should i write more?
should i ask more?
no i think not
i should just walk

Ambulation. What our simple minds do see
when we are walking. It's amazing.I loved it.It is both sad and witty at the same time.Great write.
