I thought there was something there but my dreams & temptations just gotten thrown up into the atmosphere,
My intuitions were visions of endless time spending,
with you committing love crimes so beautiful
this will only force you to say the words “I do,”
Like pampering you with satin sheets & Rose petals leading you onto an
exotic beach,
Yes my visions were great & I wasn’t going to give you a deceiving plate,
I thought we shared a common bond,
although you having two men to choose from,
By using common sense
My creativity should’ve given you a truer sense,
That I am & will be true to this,
But you took my sincerity & wrap it around negativity,
A man that just wants one thing will always have it on his mind &
will sense when most vulnerable then would do anything affordable to get you
I just hope that your choice of common sense doesn’t end up hurting you,
See I took a loss just to spend time to gain
With you I thought we was flying on the same plane,
No, because you boarded another that caused a Dream Deferred & tremendous sadness to the brain.

nice imagery right there. I liked this it was honest. I was in that position before.. I had too choose between two people and it was the hardest choice of my life. It is a difficult choice and sometimes when the person chooses it isn't in your favor. Great poem.. Thanks for the comment..

This write is very thought provoking, I could relate to this poem in several ways, and while it is beautifully written, it is also ironic and sad ,
