WOKE UP WITH MY HEAD POUNDING
THE SMALLEST NOISES SEEM LOUD SOUNDING
I DIDNT JUST HAVE A DRINK OR TWO
NOPE, I GOT REALLY DRUNK...
BUT I DRANK TO FORGET YOU.
SPENT THE NIGHT WITH MY FACE IN A PALE
SILENTLY SCREAMING YOUR NAME,
HARD TO INHALE..
BUT I LAUGHED SO HARD LAST NIGHT NO ONE KNEW
EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH
I DIDNT JUST HAVE A DRINK OR TWO
NOPE, I GOT REALLY DRUNK...
BUT I DRANK TO FORGET YOU.
NOW I CAN'T GO TO WORK
IM BOUND TO LOSE PAY
YOUR STILL STUCK IN MY HEAD
WHAT MORE CAN I SAY?
I REALLY OUTDID MYSELF
FOR NOT HEARING FROM YOU

I STILL HAVENT FORGOTTEN YOU,
