that man is always laughin'
so, what's a lady to do?
an' give a good laugh at himself
{he'll always be well amused!}
his eye it doesn't miss much
as he has his irish cuppa tea,
but I would like to know
what is it he sees in me?
maybe he slept on his keyboard?
and then fell upon the floor?!
he's always writin' letters to
the one that he adores,
yeah yeah I know all about her
I guess that she's alright-
poor man can't get any rest tho
her keepin' him up most nights!
yeah, aye I'm good for somethin'
whilst midnight sun 'tis clear,
you know I'm laughin' madley
within' your laughin' lovin' dear.
