Ribbons of wind rip through her face
Walking and searching for a safe place
To keep her soul from being torn apart
She didn't know it could get this bad
Not even at the start
Needles, pills, and lies rolled up in one
Her mother doesn't know what to do with her son
But what about her?
She wonders at night
Trying to avoid her mother, she doesnt want to fight
But it happens anyway
Because she was done
Is there any hope left?
She's afraid theres none
But she'll go on
Walking through the ripping winds girth
Because she knows this is life
This is her earth
