Star light

Contributed by dalamar on Friday, 6th January 2006 @ 12:17:43 PM in AEST
Topic: Nostalgic

Star light,
Star bright
First star I see tonight
Wish I may, wish I might
Wish the Wish I don’t dream tonight

Sleepless night
Hopeless life
And with I do declare thy holy knife
To stop the pain of thy life

Sleepless life, never more
Time for sleep that I do adore
To hear the words to up pour

For all things to come to an end
Good…bad
But let tonight be thy night
Of never ending rest.

Such a sad thought provoking write. One should never wish their life to end, but wish of better brighter days ahead. A sad very well penned piece of poetry.
*hugs*
