May he find her in the dell

Wind breathed in my heart of hearts
To fuel the fiery dell
A quiet meadow burning
Where the thought of romance dwells
Passion locked in a chamber
Raging still for the day
When its maiden shall join him
When, in the dell his dear lay
Restoring life to the fields
Living; but not a dream
His lovely drenching the flame
Bringing forth glorious stream
And in the dell they shall lay
His love, he will declare
Singing song to the beauty
Wearing flowers in her hair
Is graced by her appearing
Trapped in her eyes so blue
Lifted by her sweet fragrance
That has encompassed the room
But the maiden's not yet his
He's lost in his despair
Searching for her in the dell
Only not to find her there
The passion strong as before
Is a raging fire still
The meadows surely burning
A heart by romance made ill
Oh wind may you stop blowing
To calm the burning flame
Until his lovely maiden
Has truely loved him the same
