Good things come to the good
While the great comes to those that wait
And I've waited
For something
Don't let them get you down
Thunder roars, but don't be scared
I'm here now
You're what I've waited for
I've waited so long
I've waited all along
For my turn to live
Write the song of my life
I'm ready to begin
At long last end my strife with fate
I'm told that time will heal this
I'm told patience is a virtue
I told you I'm not afraid
So tell me this one thing
Why are you?
