Whatever it takes

Whatever it takes, I'll survive till the end
Whatever it takes, my heart I'll defend
Remember the struggle, that inspires success
Remember the fact, I've escaped death's caress
Till the end of my life, this will be
My new code of honour, the words that are me
Fighting the odds and the depression that ruled
I'll destroy it completely, my mind can't be fooled
I have to believe, that my will won't break
The mind will clear the obstacles, which put dignity at stake
I suceeded alone, nobody carried me
past love's sword, I'm not blind and I can see
So whenever I think, my luck has run out
And I'm up against a wall, and depression brings out doubt
I'll think of this poem, and with lightning in my eyes
In depression's darkest hour, I'll destroy all it's lies
