The Winged Ballet

Gliding, soaring
Sometimes flapping wings
Across the painted sky
The winged ballet
So gracefully
They dance
With the clouds
On high
Pigeons, sparrows
Together
Turning to and fro
Dipping, climbing
Nature’s aerial dance
Avian masterpiece
Brings joy to the heart
And peace to the soul
