Choose your lines wisely
When the curtains come up
And the spotlight has your face
Think of what will make them smile
And with eloquence deliver them their fate
Carefully construct the pattern
Set the mood with anecdotal projections
Lighten the tension circulating through the rows
They hold each others hands forming a wall
When you speak, keep a firm voice, but do it with ease
Calculate your every step
Know what to expect before it occurs
Contingency plans in the event of the unforeseen
Everybody take your places and positions
Any moment now, the future will be given
But you would have missed it had you been unfocused

I'm undecided on whether this is meant to be a nice or mean write...and somehow I think it is basically meant to be a 'watch what you say, we need to walk on egg shells' write, which makes my indecision on the mood of this, slightly comical, I guess! I like the creative content here though regardless of the emotions behind it. Nicely done.
