Dear Sister,
i know where you've been
your not the only one living in sin
i know since daddy was carried away
your soul and your joy have both went astray
Dear Sister,
i know where you are
i too spend my nights in a smokey bar
your drownding your sorrow, your drownding yourself
darlin' it's time to put the whisky back on the shelf
Dear Sister,
i know where your going
you think it's hidden but your pain is showing
i've noticed some days you could barely stand
please listen to me, please take my hand
Dear Sister
i know where we can go
where there is no hurry, we'll take it slow
daddy is waiting up there on a white cloud
so lets join him someday, lets make our father proud
