Knitted Scarf

Knitted Scarf

We sit there, feeling the soft yarn,
The colors reminding us of all the great memories we had.
I wear it everyday,
Because I need it,
Because without it I am incomplete.
To remind me of our joy,
To remind me of the warmth.
All stuck in my knitted scarf.

Our friendship is something I value like a waterfall.
It's beautiful and it'll fall forever,
'Till the end of time.
'Till I stop loving you guys.

I love you all because you're there for me,
You look out for my emotions, making sure I'm alright.
And I owe you so much.
I give you a shoulder if you need it.
Everytime you use it, it'll be embedded into my scarf,
It'll come in good use for our reminiscing.

When we're older, we'll be sitting there in a coffee shop.
I'll have it in my hand, remembering the sweet and sour events we had.
From my crying to your laughing.
I will always be there.
I will always have this knitted scarf.
The footprints of us will be carved into my heart,
Until the day I die.
The fuzzy warmth gives us joy and comfort.
So we can live life at it's fullest,
With each other,
Because that's who I want to spend it with;
My friends.
The ones you see in my knitted scarf.
