Longing For Heartache

Contributed by desolantDreamer on Tuesday, 20th December 2005 @ 03:05:01 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I hate you so much
My blood boils
And my pulse races
When ever you look at me
What you did back then was unforgivable
I see red
I feel a vein bulge
When you smile at me
Because it reminds me so
Of that betrayal
But even in my fits of rage
I long for your touch
I burn for your attention
My heart throbs for you
My soul aches for the pain
That comes with you
I want to hate you
I want to feel the anger
I want the heartache
You are like a drug
Slowly killing me
Constantly hurting me
If I'm too long away from it
Or if I'm too close to it
It hurts to be away
But it hurts to be near
I'm dying from your treachery
I'm dying from not being with you
Blast this infernal pain
This want, this need
This high I get off of my broken heart
That you break
I curse you
And your addictive touch
Your sweet acid
Eating away at my very being
I want you
I hate you
Listen to me singing:
I took what I hated
And I made it a part of me

So sad but written really well.
I can relate to this write many times over.
I've been alone for over fives years. Their's times I get lonely but i'd rather be alone the rest of my life than to go back into a very abusive situation. We abuse ourselves when we put up with abuse. I know it hurts but eventually you will be over him.
Hang tuff, my friend.
Luv, huggs, prayer, HAPPY, HAPPY HOLIDAYS,
emy
