The colors,
Of the poppy,
Are very important.

Red is for,
The blood,
That was shed.

Black is for,
The darkest,
Hour,
That we,
Will never forget.

So many lives,
Were lost,
On this day.

Let's bow,
Our heads,
Let us pray.
