Drowning in Depression

Contributed by Chanti on Saturday, 25th January 2003 @ 12:20:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

So deep, im drowning,
in an ocean of despair,
dont save me, dont love me,
for soon, i wont be there,
this razor, this gun,
could cost me my life,
but it just doesnt matter,
its not worth the strife,
just kill me, you hate me,
i know that you do,
no one, can love me,
i mean it, its true,
maybe im too sweet,
maybe im cruel,
but one thing ill never be,
is a depressing fool,
to see the world act,
like they know so much,
even though theyve never even,
felt depressions touch,
even though theyve never,
cried themselves to sleep,
they still act like they know,
but they will never know me,
dont feel sorry when im gone,
you never cared before,
to see thinking i was happy,
i made my heart so sore,
please dont act like you love me,
you never did, you never will,
but when i need to leave you,
somehow i know...
ill miss you still.

Wow, somehow its like you know how I feel sometimes. It really touched me and it doesnt beat around the bush. You wrote from your heart and the heart of many others as well.
