Sleep so silently
With no awakening
To bring you back.
Close your eyes and
Disregard all the terrors
On the outside.
Where it shines
All day break but
Never delivers
One bit of warmth
To your porcelain skin.
Go visit a place
That will embrace
You with a
Blanket of icy sheets
To cut further into
The crevices of a
Skin already maimed.
Run to a garden
Where in roses grow
Slicing petals
That when fallen
Crave to be in your
Blood once again.
Succumb into the
Pressure of lusting
For thick crimson
Wine your lips
Have long since tasted.
Crawl along the
Razor sharp beauty
Carpeting the ground
You lie upon.
Pull your blood-soaked
Carcass into a
Velveted tomb
Where only last
Breaths are stolen
From those that
Lost it.
Over come the calling
To join.
Instead sleep silently
And live eternally
In a night that carries
An unknown warmth
To mankind.
