Holiday Poetry

Coming Soon,
Are the Holidays?,
Having to shop everyday,
Left with no time to say,
I want to go out and play,
Santa dragging his sleigh,
Elf’s doing a full workday,
Everyone jolly like Saint Nick,
Not knowing which present to pick,
Unknowingly who deserves gold,
And who deserves a brick,
Everyone is just a politic.
People packing the malls,
People singing holiday carols,
In the halls,
People buying things big and smalls,
People making there happy holiday calls,
People left in the holiday Stalls,
People loving the holiday balls.

Time does get hectic during the holidays, for sure. I did all mine through e-bay this year and saved my sanity and loads of money, lol. Haven't gone near the mall once. I do hope you have a wonderful Holiday season. Pam |
