If “I’m sorry" had a picture
It would have to be of me
Standing here all alone
With no where left to be
And if “forgive me" was someone
I would fill those shoes just fine
Crying out to no-one
As I’m being left behind
If "I screwed up" was an item
I’d have it pinned upon my chest
I failed you all along
I was no better than the rest
If "please come back" meant anything
I’d scream it out to you...
For without you by my side
I don’t know what I'll do...
