Love is an addiction
It goes through your bones
Seeps through your blood
It's so hard to condone
Everyone has someone
they love
To have and to hold
like heaven above
But love can be altered
The chain can be broken
One minute to the next
There is not ultimate token
Everyone can love
There is no rule to tell
How many times you fall in love
Although some may not go so well

I like the basic concept here, the depth is a tad shallow here and there, but you still manage to create a relatable piece for the reader. Love is a bit of a coin toss...It's all in the draw. Some are just luckier than others, and some are incapable of working at it. Nice job with this poem. I like the ending.
