First Taste of Ice (My Existance)

First Taste of Ice

(my existance)

Scorched earth

Spiritual death

Floating to a place where they do not speak

Neptune caught in translation

As I enter my way past mountains & caves

In darkness, on this throne we reign

There is a place where light has no shadow

Oh Mary...Come enter these chambers with me

In our darkest hours

I feel the crisp wind on my face

darkness...take me under

We swim till we cannot see

a blindness striking vibrantly

Alas we have come

Marking their hands

Under signs for which they stand

Mercury spinning out of place

Oh Mary...bow down with me

in this forever glow

The time has come to leave this land

once my home

She cries her bitter sweet tears

Shedding her warmth over my eyes

Reminding me of what I used to be

Darkness pull me up from here

Give me a reason to seek

These moments sink into me

I am my master

For my tongue has touched snow
