If I could describe you with just one word
it wouldn't be in this poem cause it's too obsurd
so this is no love letter and it ain't for you
I just want you to know what i'm going through

you went back and fourth unable to make up your mind
I should have seen it comming, guess I was blind
you said love was scary and you were afraid
romance is more than just getting laid

you helped me out and I was there for you
we both had feelings but you left me feeling blue
even though we made love I was just a friend
and you wonder why I flipped out at the end

there is only so much a man can take
I still don't believe your feelings were fake
yet you countinualy deny their realness
but I know inside that you've got to feel this

I sometimes think of what might have been
I wish I could return to way back when
when we'd look deep into each others eyes
and the smiles outnumbered the cries

now those days are gone and so are you
so thanks for the good times and the *****
you put me trough
