Voices

Contributed by deadheadpoet on Wednesday, 7th December 2005 @ 12:59:01 PM in AEST
Topic: insomniac

Ya know, I am so tired
but once again
sleep wont come to me
Too many voices in my head
all trying to communicate, you see
They have many questions
most answers
I've nary a clue
Voices in my head
talking so very loud
It's hard to find any
peace from them
Take the pills
Shut them up
If only for a little while

DH~ short, but so poignant a piece. I can't think of a single
person I know that has not suffered this affliction at one
time or another.

[I believe that's where writing comes in handy .. lol]

Great job with this hun. I hope these nights are few and
far between for you.

*hugs*

~MG
