I drew my eyes
[ closed ]
as it were
and pulled the world
unto me
Moments before
[ unveiled ]
maples stood
in misted grey
invisible
Holding their ground
[ soldiers ]
at attention
in haphazard
array
Freed of their grasp
[ lifted ]
the moon bid
farewell to the
horizon

Naz,
An intrigueing poem. The thought that came to mind was the dawning of a new day. Perhaps a play on mother nature. Again a unique and creative style. Possible focus on control.
I'm rather stumped on this one Nazzy
