As you light another cigarette
Take a puff and watch the smoke
Wisp in the light wind
You see an Image
The Bird of Prey
With claws stretch out
Stained red with the blood of many
Ready to kill once again.
Its eyes of white Staring
Into the black nothingness
Its beak razor sharp and hooked
Ready for anything
With its leathery wings
Of black and purple
So finely shaped
They could cut though flesh
Waiting for it prey
For the perfect moment
When it can swoop down
And…
WAIT!! It has found its prey
It beats its wing to
The tick tock of the clock
In one quick moment it will be over
Then a flash of red in the eyes
the wings rip trough it
but it doesn’t seem to harmed
You look down and there it is
The slash of the wing
From the shoulder down
The warm blood slides down
As the bird of prey gets
Wisped away by the wind
The horrifying magnificent
Bird of Prey
