oops

why does the rain fall on my broken heart?
why does my eyes need to cry?
why does the sound of you retreating footsteps drive me to madness?
why can i not stop the pain?

...I imagine some will criticize the mechanics...I am drawn by them...raw, unpolished, pure expressions are only hindered by the harness of man's imagined perfection...
...we search outside ourselves for the source of our pain, not realizing it bubbles from a spring deep within...
...I am an admirer of authenticity...I admire your expression...
...thanks...

You asked the questions, search deep, there, the answer lies, you are full of wisdom. Before we learn to run, we learn to walk. Take baby steps, bless you, wonderful poem. Raquel Leah :D |
