My tears can scream no more

Contributed by socialmisfit on Sunday, 4th December 2005 @ 02:16:11 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

dancing beneath

this ebon chandelier

with an array of stars weeping

i cry to god

and hope he hears

LISTEN!!! LISTEN TO MY CRY

why do i hear not your reply?

i beg and i plead....

within this hour of need

i am lost, and i am drowning

i am drifting toward distant shores

across this lonely sea of silence

i am searching,

but i don't seem to be finding

the holiness that evades me

washed away within an empty roar

SILENCE IS ALL YOU HEAR!

like my cry's

lost in the sending

whisked away by a sad song

dyeing in the wind

neath falling embers of the night time sky

released by my tattered hope

and shattered by the tears i cry

perhaps i have been deaf

and haven't listened to your myriad lullabies

entwined with reverent words

but all i want to hear

is you whisper my name

and banish this silence

that resounds within my brain

..........(silence)..........

Wrapped in robes of dusk, I’m waiting
For my morning rise
To replace my tears with dew,
And for a softly-whispered reassurance
To show me its innocent truth
For I fear I have forgotten
your voice

This is just my opinion, of course..but you're trying too hard. Like scrambling for your car keys when they are right there on the end table.

We're all connected, whether we want to be or not. We all have that point inside of us that plugs us into the rest of this mess we've coined the 'cosmos.' The nexus of existence. Just learn to be yourself without fear and the rest will fall into place.

Anyone that can write a plea like this is definently in tune with our creater.
As u might know I don't do religion but am tottally in luv with God, (luv).
One thing I'm 100% Jesus kid!
I find that I have to get out of my own human wants, needs, desires to be tottally in tune with our creator.
Go to your mirror every day and tell yourself, "I know I'm somebody 'cause God don't make no junk.
Jus beleive it.
I'll put u in my prayers and please pm me any time.
luv, huggs, prayer, peace, joy, luv to u-n-yours,
emy

Sometimes silence is what is needed to hear God the clearest. Life happens. Then it stops. Keep going. And never live for the past.
