Why?

Topic: InspirationalPoems

Why are people starving? At a rate that's so alarming,
Although we may not see their plight, we must take action and do what's right.
Children with swollen stomachs and crying, people hungry, starving, and dying.
Why is this situation the case? Look at all the food we waste.
What shall we do? We must do our part, give a small donation, now that's a good start.
Do some research to find out where, we must show that we really do care.

They're not alone, we can't let them die, they're human beings like you and I.
If not a donation, some food or clothes, this too will help get rid of their woes.
Lets get started, lets do it today, We have to move quickly, without delay.
Our kindness will be rewarded from God above, who will smile down on us with all of his love!

This poem is so true ,, alot of people dont
do nothing but waste food .. there is alot of
starving kids in the world and people and it is
so sad ... nice poem.. its also so sad... cause there is alot of people who can give and have the money but just won't do it..

Never take life for granted .. cause you could end up like these's kids and people:(
