Fights Between Friends

Just a couple days ago,
My friends were joking around.
Pretending to insult each other,
With a brand new rebound.
But a joke was taken
Just a little too far.
And now they're mad at each other
And they're both acting bizarre.
It's sad to see two best friends
As tight as tight can be,
Turn into enemies,
The air around them chilly.
Now one's taking sides
And pretending not to care.
Now I'm stuck in the middle
Feeling the friendship tear.
I don't want to see
My two best friends split up.
But if they do,
It will be the top school gossip.
I don't want that to happen
To my favorite girls.
So I'm trying to mend their friendship
As the anger unfolds.

it sucks when friends fight but you expressed yourself well in this poem you should check out outlaw_mutiny i think youd like his poems
