O hail the winds, secrets they hold!
Of a treasured past now lost and cold;
An icy grasp on a life so fine
Brought to ruins by the exposed divine!
The beauty there had not a place
In a modern world whose greedy face
Looks upon the rarest jewel with lust,
The broken chain, the broken trust...

It is good, but it is cliched so it is rather boring. Try delving a little deeper into both cultures and find something not written about so much, it would be a lot more intereasting of a read. |

I didn't intend to expose much of either culture. In fact, it's supposed to be crafted in a way that would make you not think it was about the Indians at all. Cliched? Really? Hmmm...I see no such thing, but if you say so...thanks for the advice. |
