I wanted to write him poetry
I wanted to leave it on my skin for him to find
I want the ink in my pen to flow like the blood in my veins
I want him to find the poetry on my skin
Trace it back to my pen
Trace my pen back to the flow of my hand
Trace the ink my hand spread to the blood in my veins
Trace the blood in my veins to the blood in my heart and my head
I want him to trace my words back to me

I thought this had a lot of feeling...truly from the heart...the best kind. Nice job!
