This one year is just a stepping stone
To our relationship that can’t be cloned
It is one that will last for the ages
As we write it out on these very pages
These pages that go on and on forever
Each page we turn seems to shine brighter
That cold night in November was my sign
It was the first time I knew that you were mine
Standing in the cold with you by my side
My feelings for you were growing inside
Driving home, all I thought about was you
And to this day my thoughts are still of you
So now it has been a year for you and I
And Oh has the time flown right on by
But each passing day my love grows stronger
And I know that you are the one, the keeper
You are the keeper of the key that opens my heart
The Keeper of my soul that will never fall apart
Years will come, and then years will pass
But with you by my side I know they will last
You are my soul mate, the one made for me
Without you my life was so very empty
So happy one year to us baby
I love you more then anything
