bye freedom bye

Topic: SadPoetry

living this world spirit traveling free

crypt of bars surrounding me

stuck in a job thats against everything i believe

seeing the shovel and digging my way

creeping sadness unexplained well a life time of Loneliness

holiday cheer and the family i didn't have

pain that eats at my wheels

Watching love but never knowing why

i found lust (just touch but no taste)

tears shed too many these seasons

over old habits that never die

caring too much is never possible is it ?

my world in my backpack that's one i miss

feeling the need anytime to leave and able to do it

fate as desire tugging my strings at pity's length

planting pleasure but always wanting more

Pens too hard to write now a day's

inspiration hard to find unless i seek the bottle

too much to bear nowadays things coming too hard

starting to sink further in my hold

anuff to still look for love

but desire's out of the way

too scared to dream

not afraid to die

my pen is my bird

it's a slow death with change

bye freedom bye

It's very unique for sure, and i like it.
There's a lot of pondering and struggle in it that i can
much relate to, that's the best part of reading others
poetry.

Pens to hard to write now a day's
inspiration hard to find unless i seek the bottle
too much to bear nowadays things coming to hard

Honest, brutal.
Keep it up.
