Standing on the edge of goodbye
Pushing past this fairy tale lie
Screaming through a past unknown
Caring none how far it's grown
Reaching through a soul half crushed
Climbing, clinging breathes unhushed
Crying tears of a burning fate
Can't slip through that golden gate
Chapped lips urge words of scorn
Wondering where this dream was born
Pale blue eyes drown in tears
Overflowing teeming fears
Clever clues left to dust
Simple outcast made to trust
Down this path my life must lead
And I shall do my destined deed...

Lia! I think Reality Check is a good one. It came from a higher power, I suppose. SusieQ |
