Alcovely situated
Small space and shifting
This is the first time
I have caught your name
Out in the parking lot
I catch your vibe
Cowtown socialites with
White collars and blue necks
We enter the scene and scope
This seems like just my gig
I feel right at home
Where ever I don't fit
Sit down at the bar
Decide to stay a spell
Everything is top shelf
Except the clientel
The lighting is a spot bright
The bartender is talking loud
About potential deals with Reebok
Over a quiet crowd
Catching the brunette
Stealing glances in the mirror
As her man is busy
Off fiddling in the john
Cute, in a crumpled way
Wearing a pink life preserver
That I saw on sale on the tele today
I wonder if she's Reebok, just like the server
And I don't even watch television.
No, I don't watch television.
