Opportunities of pleasure
I have denied
There’s not much to say
But I know regret is always in the back of my head
Quitting comes very easy to me
Starting over is what’s the ***** to me
One after another chances have come
How many have I taken…none…
It must be a fear of stepping forward to the unknown
Or the scariness of success
Why I feel this way at times
I whish I knew
Maybe I just haven’t found that opportunity that thought or feeling
Which will make me realize
Realize that life is short and only one
One day I will see and know how valuable that open door is
That opportunity to step up in my life
The way I visualize and feel
One day I will see
How valuable an open door will be to me
