Earth, Fire, Air, Water.
Lord and Lady, I call upon thee,
Because I am your Daughter.
On a night that is so eerie.
I call upon you not for foolish reasons,
Or listless obligations.
But because the days darken,
And of the changing seasons.
The days become longer,
As the year comes to an end.
I call upon thee to become stronger,
So the mistakes we have made can mend.
I call upon not only my gods,
But I ask loved ones of the past.
I mean not to prod,
But to merely remain steadfast.
So I ask everything,
Spirits, elements, and my Lady and Lord
Help me to unstring,
Those things which are so abhorred.

hehehe, because I just told you this on MSN, but still, I really like this.... you know, with a little personalization to it, I could see myself using this next year... even if it came from your story!
