You’re only human
You wait
It sucks
But you wait
You wait like a rabbit stuck in the headlights of a moving monster
Ten times your size but it pales to your strength
We are the undead and we soldier on
That’s what we do
Until we're smiling again
One more wrong footing will make no difference
We’re not here for nothing
We’re everything

Laughing out loud wont be made illegal, my friends
Until there’s no one left to laugh
So laugh by yourself, or laugh together
You’re going to illuminate your flaws to the night sky
Pierce that ground with your screams and your tears
Do what you will, I can't stop you
Just know you’re someone
As reasons slip through fingers, wailing failure
You’ll play that soundtrack to a broken heart
You’re someone. To someone else, you’re everything

Here’s your compass
Here’s your reasons
Make your mistakes
Come out smiling
You’re only human
You wait
It sucks
But you wait
