Lions in my algebra,
Giraffes down the hall,
Lunch ladies are acrobats,
And midgets on a ball.
My principal is a dragon,
Purple, breathing fire,
The gym walls keep stretching,
Going up higher and higher.
The basketballs are oranges,
The hoops chocolate donuts,
The halls are full of zebras,
And elephants and peanuts.
A liger ate my paper,
And a unicorn stole my lunch,
I think my teacher is a fairy,
But that is just a hunch.
I look around the classroom,
Finding everything the same,
How boring this school is,
Without my daydream game!
