Felt like you walked out one me,
Didn’t understand how this could be?
You said you would never leave,
Was starting to feel a little naïve.
You said I mean the world to you,
So I felt so blue.
I’m your little girl,
Could you really walk out on your little girl?
I wanted to cry, but I had to be strong for mum,
Yet I felt oh so glum.
So many tears were shed,
Loads of different things said.
When I came back home, there you were.
Mum was a lot calmer.
Everything was a misunderstanding.
Life was returning,
Back to normal.
